Cooking With Vivek – Rishikesh

1. General Information

Cooking With Vivek offers private, small-group cooking experiences conducted in a home setting in Tapovan, Rishikesh. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions are conducted by prior booking only.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm your slot.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment acknowledgment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session are eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.

• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances, we will try to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

4. Nature of Experience

• This is a home-based cooking experience, not a commercial restaurant or food service.

• Meals prepared during the class are part of the learning experience and are consumed by participants only.

• No takeaway or delivery services are provided.

5. No Certification

• Cooking With Vivek provides informal cooking experiences only.

• We do not provide any professional certification, diploma, or official course completion certificate.

• These sessions are purely for learning, cultural exchange, and personal experience.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests must inform in advance about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

• Participation in cooking activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Cooking With Vivek is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or health issues arising during or after the session.

7. Hygiene & Responsibility

• All reasonable hygiene standards are maintained during the session.

• Guests are expected to follow basic hygiene and safety instructions provided during the class.

8. Conduct & Behavior

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the host, property, and other participants.

• Any misconduct may result in termination of the session without refund.

9. Property & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, utensils, or equipment due to negligence.

10. Photography & Media

• Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be featured, please inform in advance.

11. Liability Limitation

• Cooking With Vivek shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation.

• Guests participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

12. Local Compliance

• These sessions are conducted as private cultural and educational experiences in a residential setting.

• All activities are carried out in good faith, respecting local customs and regulations.
